Asthma is a condition when your lungs' airways become inflamed, or swollen. The muscles of the airways become smaller and extra mucus is produced, causing difficulty of breathing. This can lead to minor wheezing to an asthma attack. Now, there are medications that can prevent serious asthama situations.
